FusedSolid, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is a California-based entity. We prioritize the "Local-First" software philosophy, meaning your data stays on your device.
FusedSolid, LLC does not collect, store, or transmit any "Personal Information" as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not have access to your contacts, location, camera, or any other sensitive device sensors unless explicitly required for a feature, and even then, such data is processed strictly on-device.
FusedSolid LLC does not collect any categories of personal information at this time.
All financial transactions are processed securely by Apple, Inc. ("Apple") through the App Store. FusedSolid, LLC does not have access to your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank account details. Your purchase history is managed by Apple and governed by their privacy standards.
As a California resident, you have the following rights:
In compliance with the 2026 California Age-Appropriate Design Code Act, our apps are designed with high-privacy default settings. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If the App Store signals that a user is a minor, we automatically restrict any features that would require external communication.
We do not use third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, or Meta SDKs). The only third-party involved is Apple, which provides us with anonymized crash reports if you have opted-in via your iOS settings.

These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and FusedSolid, LLC. By using our applications, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We grant you a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products. You agree not to: (a) decompile or reverse-engineer the software; (b) distribute the App on any network where it could be used by multiple devices at once; or (c) use the App for any illegal activities.
You acknowledge that Apple is responsible for all billing and processing. All refund requests must be initiated through Apple’s "Report a Problem" page. FusedSolid, LLC cannot manually override Apple’s financial systems to issue refunds.
If our software allows for the creation or sharing of content, you are solely responsible for that content. Zero Tolerance Policy: FusedSolid, LLC prohibits the posting of objectionable, defamatory, or abusive content. We reserve the right to ban users and remove content immediately. You agree to indemnify FusedSolid, LLC against any claims resulting from your content.
You are responsible for the security of your device. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if we believe you have breached these terms. Since our apps are local-first, termination may result in the permanent loss of local data.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." FUSEDSOLID, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE FREE OF BUGS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUSEDSOLID, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA) ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE APP.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
